Art. 15 GDPR
We need it for two things: to verify that the request comes from you, and to deliver our reply. It is the only piece of data we store in readable form – and we delete it 90 days after the request is resolved, at the latest one year after submission. The identifier above is not stored at all, only its cryptographic hash.
Your request will be handled within 30 days. Before we handle it, we will contact you to verify your identity – Art. 12(6) GDPR gives us the right to ask for this, and it protects your data from requests made by others. The connection is encrypted (HTTPS). The identifier is stored exclusively as a cryptographic hash.
