Customer verification
A five-state traffic light over a shared database of documented incidents, for individuals and companies alike. A result in under two seconds, with the reasoning shown: how many separate companies filed a record and how serious the cases were. The system returns facts, never a recommendation – the decision to rent or refuse stays with you.
Rental management
Bookings, handover and return, protocols and photo documentation in one place. A customer’s entire history is one click away, which matters twice: at the counter, when you are deciding on a deposit, and later in a dispute, when the decisive photograph is either in the system or lost in someone’s phone.
Invoicing
An invoice straight from the rental, as a PDF and with a QR payment code, so the customer can pay before they leave the counter. Invoice numbering, VAT and export for accounting are part of it – the point is that the money side does not live in a separate spreadsheet that nobody reconciles.
Website with online bookings
Your own site with a booking form in minutes and without writing code, on your own domain if you have one. Customers book themselves and you confirm. It exists because a rental business without a booking page loses the customer who was ready to book at eleven at night.
Why one account and not four tools
Because every boundary between tools is a place where data is retyped, and every retyping is a place where it stops matching. A customer verified in one system, rented to in a second, invoiced in a third and reported in a fourth is four records of one person that nobody can reconcile – and the incident report, which the whole network depends on, is exactly the step that gets skipped when it means opening a fifth window.
What is not here yet
Pricing is not published, because it is not decided. Automated company verification against public registers currently covers Slovakia and Czechia and more countries are being added; registration itself is open to companies from 47 countries. We would rather write that down than let an availability detail read like a promise.
Registration takes a few minutes and every application is reviewed by a person.
